Daniela Coronado, Director

Daniela Coronado is passionate about providing support for all students. She earned her B.A. from the University of California, Davis, where she majored in Political Science – Public Service and Philosophy.

After graduating, Daniela began her career at the University of California, Riverside, working with the TRIO Upward Bound Program, where she supported high school students as they prepared for college. In 2021, she relocated to Washington State to serve as the Educational Coordinator at a family shelter.

She later returned to the Inland Empire and joined SIP and K-20 Alliances as Director. Across every role she has held, Daniela’s greatest commitment has remained the same: supporting students in their academic journeys and empowering them to achieve their goals.

Fatuma Ramudzi, Coordinator

Fatuma Ramudzi was raised in Fontana, CA and graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2020 with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in African American Studies. She is a purpose-driven Project Coordinator passionate about creating pathways to education, opportunity, and empowerment for students in the Inland Empire. With both lived experience and a strong professional commitment to higher education, Fatuma has spent several years designing outreach programs, mentoring youth, and supporting student-led initiatives that uplift students and families across the K-20 pipeline. She thrives in collaborative spaces where advocacy and community voice come together to build sustainable change. Outside of work, Fatuma enjoys painting, writing, reading, and engaging in community activities.

cynthia

Cynthia Lemus, Advisor

Cynthia Lemus is a graduate from the University of California, Irvine ('21), where she earned a B.A. in Economics. Ever since taking leadership roles in student success programs during her undergraduate career at UC Irvine, Cynthia has developed a passion for bridging students with the opportunities, resources, and support necessary to be successful in their unique academic journeys. The driving force behind her work stems from her experience navigating the higher education system as a first-generation, low-income student and understanding how transformative support can be on student success and retention. With her experience working in the San Bernardino Community College District and UC system, Cynthia brings great knowledge and heart into the programs and students she supports. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys exploring new boba shops to find the best of the best in Southern CA.
